For Fall 2020, events of more than 50 attendees (students, faculty, staff, visitors/guests) organized, hosted or sponsored by the University must have their respective Vice Chancellor’s Office approval and have filed an Event Risk Assessment with the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance prior to the date of the event. Events with over 50 in person attendees will need to be approved through this process at least 14 days in advance!
Before you begin your EPR, you must complete this approval process. We will not be able to process your EPR without this approval.
The process is routed for digital signatures. Once your event is approved by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs’ designee, you will receive a copy via email. Keep this documentation – it is very important!

4. Once approved, complete your EPR on NvolveU. You will be asked to upload this documentation.
