The Student Involvement Poster Route is resuming for Fall 2020, but we have updated our delivery schedule and policies. Posters will be posted on the campus bulletin board on City and East Campus each Friday.
To keep our poster route staff safe, we require all posters to be turned in to the Student Involvement Office each Wednesday by 4pm to ensure that they will be put up by Friday of that same week. This deadline has been put in place to allow time for any virus or bacteria that would be attached to the poster to die off before our staff handles the posters. Keep this deadline in mind as you plan your RSO marketing plans/schedule.
As a reminder, Student Involvement has the ability to distribute 18 posters on City Campus and 25 posters on East Campus. You are not required to submit posters for both campuses but are welcome to submit enough posters
