The University of Nebraska Dance Marathon (UNDM) strives to give every child the opportunity to become a Husker. They have raised over $2 million for Children’s Nebraska and bring smiles to the faces of their 24 miracle kids year after year.
Come join UNDM during their fall Push Week October 7-11 when they will be hosting a variety of events and helping students learn more about UNDM. On Wednesday, October 9 they will be on the Nebraska Union Plaza from 11am-2pm where students can learn about and sign up to be a Miracle Maker. Then at 7:30 pm Wednesday night in the Nebraska Union | Centennial Room, come enjoy the fun at Mr. DM.
Mr. Dance Marathon is a male pageant where nine men from UNL fraternities, baseball, football, and RSO’s compete for the title of Mr. DM. The judges include a member of the Scarlet dance team Emily Vaggalis, former basketball player Josiah Allick, and volleyball player Rebekah Allick. The cost of attendance is $5. The money raised will be split with 50% going to Children’s Nebraska, 25% to the winner’s philanthropy of choice, and 25% will go to the team, Greek organization, or RSO who has the most people in attendance. Don’t miss out on this great event. Bring your friends.
On Thursday, October 11, join us on the Nebraska Union Plaza from 9-10am to receive a little treat as a thank you for your support of UNDM. Friday tune in to our instagram @undm_, where we will be revealing our HuskerThon 2025 theme!
