If your RSO has ever hosted an event where minors might be present, you may know that a Youth Safety Form was required as part of the event registration process. We are trying to make the process of reviewing and approving Youth Safety Forms easier for everyone by utilizing DocuSign, a digital signature tool. So now, in addition to approving the initial event registration request, the advisor will also need to sign (digitally) the Youth Safety Form when applicable for the event. If your RSO's event needs a Youth Safety Form, they will work through the event registration form as usual. The only difference is that you will now be contacted by Karen Wills to get the digital form signed. Once approved by the RSO's advisor it will then be sent along to appropriate campus administration for final approval. Want more information or have questions?
