NvolveU & You: Submitting an Event

The Event Form (EPR) remains an important function of NvolveU for RSOs. We have kept the Event Form process almost identical to the one RSOs mastered!

First things first - to successfully submit an Event Form, you'll need to have access to the administrative functions of your RSO. Don't worry - if you attended Annual Orientation and were approved in NvolveU as a Prescient, Treasurer, Primary Programmer, you already have that access!

To locate the Event Form, log into your Engage profile and click on the RSO you wish to submit an event for. Select "Manage Organization." Under the Menu bar (left side of the screen), you'll see "Events." Simply click the blue "Create Event" button and you'll be on your way! Make sure to fill out all information as necessary to ensure we can quickly review your event.

The Event Form review process remains the same, with one minor exception. We will automatically add your Advisor to the Event Form. Your Advisor will know everything that's going on with the event, but no longer needs to approve the event. If your Advisor has questions or concerns, they will have access to leave comments just like you can.

Keep in mind, all approvals still need to be completed at least three (3) business days before the event, and ten (10) business days if the event is utilizing an outdoor space. If you have questions, please make sure to reach out to us at 402-472-6797 or involved@unl.edu
