The Nebraska Union Board annually reviews and allocates various spaces to RSOs. If your RSO has been allocated an office or storage space, the update codes are available. Please follow this process to pick up your new code.
1. Visit your RSO Profile on NvolveU - make sure your President and Advisor are correct. Codes will only be given to current President & Advisor.
2. Review and sign the Facilities Use Agreement (https://unl.campuslabs.com/engage/organization/universityofnebraska-lincoln/documents/view/1192997). The Advisor and President must both sign this document.
3. Bring the completed document to 200 Nebraska Union and visit with Amy Stewart. Codes will only be granted to the current President or Advisor. Please bring a valid photo ID.
