Club Fair 2023
Spring Club Fair will take place on Tuesday, January 31st from 11am-1pm in the City Union in the Centennial and Ball Rooms. Information about registration went out to all RSO presidents, treasurers, and primary programmers in December. Feel free to come support your group during this event.
Contracts
The SLICE office sees a huge increase in RSO contract requests. Fall 2021 had 148 RSO contract requests. Spring 2022 had 344. Advisors are instrumental with helping our student organizations plan accordingly when submitting contract requests. As a reminder contract requests are due four (4) weeks prior to the event. Please remind your students that the four weeks allows for SLICE processing, SOFS review and processing, and that many times contractors will require signed contracts and payment in advance.
EPR Submissions
To comply with RSO checks and balances, Event Planning & Registration forms must be completed by student officers. Once submitted, advisors are expected to serve as secondary reviewers. This also includes budget breakdowns, travel insurance requests, contract worksheets, and event space reservations. Please encourage our student leaders to submit these so advisors can continue offering review/approval.
Glow Big Red
Registration is now open for Glow Big Red!
Glow Big Red offers Husker students the unique opportunity to raise funds that will go directly back to their student organizations. Last year, UNL raised over $600,000 from Glow Big Red and RSOs leaders received a big portion of these donations. On February 15th and 16th, 2023, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will hold Glow Big Red-24 Hours of Husker Giving.
How to register:
• It’s easy to register this year! If your RSO participated in Glow Big Red last year, all they need to do is provide their updated contact information by filling out this form: Update RSO Information.

When your RSO signs up for Glow Big Red, they will be eligible for cash prizes:
• Four student groups will be randomly selected to win cash prizes just for signing up for Glow Big Red.
• Three RSOs will randomly be selected to win prizes of $100, $150, and $250 if they reach those dollar milestones.
• Three RSOs will randomly be selected to win prizes of $100, $150, and $250 if they reach 3 donors, 5, donors or 10 or more donors.
