Scott Headley is the senior director of supply chain at Conagra Brands. He supports sales and operations planning for about half of Conagra’s business. For more than 11 years, he has worked with the organization that is one of North America’s largest food companies. During this time, Headley has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and operations planning and the program management office (POM). While in the PMO, he led key merge and acquisition, network optimization, innovation and cost savings projects. In 2013, Headley assumed the role of senior director, demand forecasting and analytics.
Prior to Conagra, Headley spent 12 years at the Intel Corporation in various supply chain, industrial engineering and management/leadership development roles.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Headley earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1994, and his master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2004. He is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and/or watching his son’s sporting events and his daughter’s cheer activities, reading, golfing and traveling.
