Undergraduate students who have secured an unpaid summer internship in the field of international trade or a related policy area (including foreign affairs) could receive up to a $3,000 stipend from the Yeutter Institute help cover airfare, rent, meals, local transportation, and living expenses for a summer internship.
Established in 2021, the principal aim of the fund is to support access to valuable, but often unpaid internship experiences at trade-related organizations including but not limited to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of State, the World Bank, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and congressional internships in offices with trade-related committee assignments.
