CEHS Global, the Office of Global Strategies and the School of Global Integrative Studies in the College of Arts and Sciences are hosting a free film screening of “UTICA: The Last Refuge” on Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. as part of International Education Week. Following the screening, a panel discussion will be held with the director of the film, Loch Phillipps.
