The University of Nebraska Global Partnerships & Initiatives team is honored to host this year’s Nebraska Ambassadors Forum on Tuesday, October 29th at 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM in the Willa Cather Dining Complex, Red Cloud Room. Ambassador Ronald Neumann, current President of the American Academy of Diplomacy will be joined by the Honorable Molly K. Williamson, Ambassador Harry K. Thomas and Ambassador Piper Campbell to address global concerns and the role of diplomacy - How do we balance American interests in stability, US domestic prosperity, and security? Are we hypocrites or realists?
The Nebraska Ambassadors Forum is an annual program that brings distinguished diplomatic practitioners to engage with students at the University of Nebraska. Each year’s program is developed jointly by the American Academy of Diplomacy in cooperation with the University of Nebraska and Burlington Capital. This year's theme of the Forum is Southeast Asia – US Economics, Security, and Diplomacy.
