
U.S. students interested in studying in Germany can now apply for 2026 HAUS Scholarships at Heidelberg University, Germany’s oldest university and one of Europe’s most prestigious academic institutions.
The scholarships support U.S. students at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels for the 2026–27 academic year, as well as students interested in attending Heidelberg University’s International Summer School of German Language & Culture in August 2026.
Founded in 1386, Heidelberg University is renowned for its strengths across the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and global research partnerships. Located in the historic city of Heidelberg along the Neckar River, the university offers students the opportunity to combine rigorous academics with deep cultural immersion.
