The Nebraska Academy of Sciences (NAS) Conference will be held this April at UNL East Campus, and abstract submissions are now being accepted through February 27, 2026.
NAS is an excellent beginner-friendly conference for students in Anthropology, Geography, and Global Studies who are looking to gain experience presenting their work. Submissions are welcome from a wide range of projects, including student theses, early-stage or exploratory research, course-based research, and independent projects.
The Anthropology/Geography/Global Studies section is chaired by Dakota Taylor, Maggie Klemm, and Dr. Phil Geib, who are happy to answer questions and support student submissions.
