New Student Enrollment is soliciting applications for students interested in attending a student leadership summit focusing on international-domestic student integration. At the CIC Summit on Integration Planning, participants in the student track will have the opportunity to network, develop skills for promoting integration, learn about organizational change, and brainstorm ideas for integration initiatives with peers from other Big 10 institutions. This year’s summit will be at Penn State University.
Our expectation: After the summit, you would work with New Student Enrollment-Student Engagement to develop and lead an initiative to promote the integration of international and domestic students at UNL. This is an excellent opportunity to build relationships, develop skills, lead a program, and enhance your résumé.
Who is eligible: One international and one domestic student will be selected to participate in this opportunity. It is open to students graduating May 2017 or after.
Dates: Depart on Wednesday, April 6 and return on the evening of Friday, April 8.
What is included: Your registration, hotel, and flight expenses would be covered as part of your participation in the summit.
