Drew Miller: Life Abroad & Refugee Work
We invite you to come listen and discuss what life abroad is like with fellow UNL Globetrotters and Drew Miller. Drew Miller studied abroad in India, Costa Rica, and the Czech Republic during his time at UNL sparking his interest in travel. From there he began backpacking around numerous other countries. In 2013 he created Lincoln Friends of Refugees to give his clients a chance to create beneficial relationships in the community. He now serves as a refugee case manager and immigration specialist, while also serving as a Spanish interpreter. We hope to share experiences and answer questions about what travelling abroad is like and how it leads to further career opportunities.
