Women's and Gender Studies and Global Studies would like to extend a warm invitation to attend the third (and last!) event in our joint spring 2018 Colloquia: "Translating Women, Translating Feminism in a Globalized World."

Thursday, April 12, 3:30-5pm (The Union; Colonial B)

"Picturing Gender in a Globalized World: A Discussion with Professors Isabel Velazquez, Angel Maldonado, and Luis Othoniel Rosa Rodriguez"

In this roundtable, each panelist will present an image/object of their choice that they believe represents transnational feminism -- or -- illustrates the need for it. With Professors Rose Holz and Margaret Jacobs serving as moderators, this will then be opened up for conversation among the panelists and with the audience.
