University of Nebraska Information Technology Services continues to migrate data from Box to OneDrive. The migration process will start the week of May 17. During this period, Box users will be migrated in waves. You can identify your wave by clicking on the lookup service linked below. Your wave assignment could shift depending on various factors throughout the migration period. We appreciate your flexibility and patience during this migration.

During a wave migration, you will receive a notification three days in advance of when your data will be migrated, and you will receive another reminder on the day of your migration. Once your data migration has begun, your Box account will be set to Read Only, you will not be able to add or edit data in Box, and the ability to sync folders and files to the desktop will be disabled. After your migration, you will begin using Microsoft OneDrive as your primary data storage tool.
To avoid file conflicts, versioning issues, and duplicate records, please do not move or reorganize folders in OneDrive until you receive a notification that your Box migration is complete.
