The University of Nebraska–Lincoln is offering a series of lab techniques workshop for students. The next workshop is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 5 in Beadle Hall, Room E121.1.
The workshops cover techniques researchers use every day in a lab setting. The March 5 workshop, Pipettes and Plasticware, will provide students with hands-on experience learning how to use micropipettes, multi-channel pipettes and serological pipettes. Additionally, students will be familiarized with commonly used plastics such as 96-well plates, centrifuge tubes and tissue culture flasks.
