Groundwater is a vital resource in the Midwest, where it supports millions of acres of irrigated farmland and provides drinking water for countless communities. In fact, the Midwest relies heavily on groundwater, with about 30% of the nation’s freshwater withdrawals coming from this region. We're joined by Jesse Korus, a groundwater researcher from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, who’s here to talk about his fascinating work in imaging and understanding groundwater.
