A large update to UNL Directory was launched on June 3, with a visual refresh to highlight links that allow users to customize their user data.
In addition to the ability to search for both people and departments, there's now a link to Manage Your Info (requires login) that allows users to add information about office hours, personal website and social media links, and avatar (portrait) updates. The avatar displayed in Directory is also automatically pulled into UNL CMS when a Person page is created and the UNL Directory field is filled in with respective University ID.
Email Signature Generator has also been moved into Directory and linked prominently, making it easier to create a personal signature for your preferred email client.
This update also removed faculty insight data and "Yellow Page" section in departments.
