The SNR Elevator Speech Competition registration deadline is April 1. The SNR Graduate Student Association-sponsored Poster Presentation Competition registration deadline is April 7. Both competitions are open to SNR undergraduate and graduate students. Monetary prizes will be awarded.
Information for these competitions is as follows:
SNR Elevator Speech Contest
• Preliminary Round: April 14 (at select times)
• Finals Round: April 17, 7 p.m.
• Registration Deadline: April 1

• Awards in three categories: Undergraduate, master's and doctorate
• Awards within each category: 1st - $1000, 2nd - $300 and 3rd - $200
SNR GSA Poster Symposium
• April 17, 6-7 p.m.
• Registration Deadline: April 7
• Registration, rules and judging criteria available at http://go.unl.edu/snrgsapostercontest.
• $250 award for three categories: Undergraduate, master's and doctorate
• Additional $250 award for best overall poster selected by public.
