Kiplinger's Personal Finance has named UNL among its Top 100 Best Values in Public Colleges for 2015. The university checked in at No. 68, joining 11 other Big Ten schools on the annual list.
UNL was No. 83 in 2014.
The university landed on the annual list thanks to its four-year graduation rate, average student debt at graduation, level of financial aid, a low sticker price and overall great value, according to the magazine's editors.
It is the 11th straight year that UNL has appeared in Kiplinger Top 100. Other Big Ten schools honored by Kiplinger were the University of Wisconsin, Ohio State University, Indiana University, Purdue University, the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, the University of Minnesota, Penn State University, Rutgers University and the University of Maryland-College Park.
