"After an unforgettable 25th anniversary celebration, the 15-16 season launches the next era for the Lied Center," said Bill Stephan, the Lied Center's executive director. "The 15-16 season builds on the momentum of Lied25 with one of the biggest Broadway lineups in our organization's history."

This season, the Glenn Korff Broadway Series includes "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder," "Flashdance the Musical," "Riverdance," "Fela! The Broadway Musical in Concert," and one of the most beloved musicals of all time, "Annie."

The Lied Center will also showcase a diverse collection of popular music programming spanning an array of musical genres.

"Every season, our goal is to present the greatest artists in the world in a variety of genres with something for everyone," said Ann Chang, the Lied's artistic director.

This season's popular artists include 18-time Grammy winner Tony Bennett, country music legend Merle Haggard, bluegrass chart toppers the Punch Brothers, The Fab Four (The Ultimate Beatles Tribute), The Texas Tenors, a holiday concert by Take 6 and a concert featuring the lead singer and songwriter of Styx, Dennis DeYoung.

Other season highlights include a performance by one of the top international orchestras, the Russian National Orchestra, featuring piano superstar Yuja Wang; the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra; trumpeter Doc Severinsen; Parsons Dance; Dr. Seuss' "The Cat in the Hat"; The Actors' Gang in "The Exonerated"; and improv comedy’s biggest stars in "Whose Live Anyway?"
