University Employees have access to free wellness coaching sessions on behalf of the HealthierU Employee Wellness program.
By participating in this complimentary service, employees can expect to:
Define Your Personal Well-Being: Clarify what holistic well-being means to you.
Set Meaningful, Achievable Goals: Establish realistic objectives that align with your values and are tailored to your lifestyle.
Identify and Leverage Personal Motivators: Explore intrinsic and extrinsic factors that inspire and sustain your commitment to positive change.
Discover Relevant Resources: Learn about on-campus and local wellness services, programs, and tools that support your goals.
Develop a Personalized Action Plan: Co-create a step-by-step strategy with your coach to implement and track your progress toward achieving your well-being objectives.
Sessions can be scheduled for in-person at the University Health Center or virtually. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length, and follow up sessions are scheduled based on employee needs and availability.
