'Dexy' info session, workshop are May 8

The University Libraries is hosting information sessions on "Dexy," an open-source tool that helps individuals craft documentation for software and makes computational research reproducible. The May 8 sessions are: Introductory Talk, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.; and Hands-on Workshop, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Both are in Love Library South, room 111.

Topics include documenting source code; writing tutorials; incorporating calculations and graphs into your articles and blog posts; and taking automated screenshots of web applications.

Dexy works with any programming language and any text-based markup language. It is designed to work with projects that use more than one language. For more information, go to http://dexy.it.
