Joszef Szilagyi, research hydrologist and associate professor in the School of Natural Resources, will present "Decadal Mean Annual Recharge Estimates in the Sand Hills" at 2 p.m., Jan. 26 in the Hardin Hall auditorium.
This lecture will examine the importance of the difference between the Sand Hills' annual precipitation and evapotranspiration rates. After the presentation, the lecture will be available for viewing online at watercenter.unl.edu.
