Registration for the University Association for Administrative Development's fall workshop is due by Nov. 1. The workshop is 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Del Ray Ballroom, 817 R St., and will feature Paul Wesselmann discussing the challenges of time management. The session is free for UAAD and UNOPA members, and $20 for all others.

Wesselmann will examine the four main challenges of time management: motivation, organization, prioritizing and scheduling. The presentation will also include Wesselmann's “Six Actions to Combat Stress." Both parts of the presentation are designed to help participants create real change in how they manage time and the inevitable stress that comes with life.
Wesselmann holds degrees in psychology and higher education. He worked on several university campuses before transforming a part-time speaking and training business into full-time consultancy.
