UNL Extension offers 'Food and Fitness' series

UNL Extension's Nutritional and Health for Adults work group is offering "Recipe for Healthier Living with Food and Fitness," a seven-week, online food and fitness series that starts Jan. 22.

The program is designed to help participants become fit, striking a balance between busy schedules, healthy eating and physical activity. The program is open to individuals or groups. It is designed as a worksite wellness class that can be taken over a lunch hour.

Early registration, available at http://go.unl.edu/healthyliving, continues through Jan. 22. Cost for early registration is $15.
