The UNL Confucius Institute's Chinese cooking series continues with a session on crafting egg rolls and hot and sour soup. The class is 5:45 to 7 p.m. Feb. 25 in Leverton Hall, room 206. Cost is $30 and includes course materials, food samples and drinks.

The class will include instruction on how to make two types of egg rolls — pork with vegetables and vegetarian — and a traditional hot and sour soup. Participants will get hands-on experience in preparation and tasting of the foods.

Instructors from the UNL Confucius Institute will lead the course.
