The Employment Readiness Certificate (ERC) is an eight-week intensive career preparation program designed to help international students in the College of Business discover and develop skills to seek internship and job opportunities. Upon completion of this résumé enhancing program students receive an Employment Readiness Certificate from the International Business team.

Who Should Apply
College of Business international students:
- Students of any class standing.
- Students who want to make the most of their campus experience to develop job skills.
- Students who feel they have great potential but want help to get connected to the community and resources.

Volunteer Assistants Needed:
Looking for an opportunity to become more involved with international students while sharing your knowledge of US culture? Domestic business students interested in enhancing their global competency and intercultural communication skills are encouraged to apply as volunteer program assistants. You will interact with the international students and assist the program facilitator, Mikki Sandin, in program sessions and planning. Sessions are Wednesdays, January 29-April 8, 3:30-5 p.m.
