Uncertain about how to interact with virtual employers at the career fair? Practice with College of Business faculty and staff posing as mock employers for a practice virtual career fair. You can enter anytime during the event and select employers of interest. After clicking on the Zoom link for your chosen employer, you will be placed in a waiting room. When you are admitted to see the “employer,” plan to share your elevator speech and learn about this employer. Ask questions just as you would in a real career fair. You will receive feedback about your elevator speech and technology setup. If you are unable to participate but have questions about virtual networking, set up an appointment or use drop-ins to connect with the Business Career Center.
