Employer Readiness Certificate - International Students

The Employment Readiness Certificate (ERC) program is an intensive nine-week career preparation course for international students seeking internship and job opportunities. Discover and develop skills early in your college years to help prepare for your career pathway. Upon completion of this resume enhancing program, students receive an Employment Readiness Certificate from the College of Business Career Center.

Any international student enrolled in College of Business classes who is an undergraduate student, who aims to develop job skills by making the most of their campus experience, and who wants to showcase their potential through increased community involvement and resource development, is encouraged to apply!

ERC students will have multiple opportunities to gain skills through participating in career development workshops, attending career coaching appointments, becoming involved in the community, learning success skills, and gaining cultural competency.

Spring Classes will begin February 2023. Registration will open on your spring course priority registration date.
