|What is your company culture like?|
•At Experian Marketing Services in Lincoln, we have that small company culture with 115 employees in Lincoln, but are a part of something much bigger. Experian employs over 15,000 worldwide as a leading information services company. In Lincoln, we are like a long running family with people staying with us for years. Our average tenure is 18 years, but have people with over 40 years of service. The atmosphere is pretty laid back even though it is a corporate environment with most people wearing jeans every day. Very active in the community, helping to create a culture and feeling we call “The Heart of Experian”. It’s who we are and why we get out of bed in the morning.

•We help marketers make intelligent interactions with the clients, every time. We typically seek out Marketing majors, since after all we are called Marketing Services. But, we have options for all business majors, statistics majors, and other software/programming type degrees.
