Experian is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Online Ad Ops Specialist. The right individual will be a key
contributor in the Digital Ad Operations team, implementing online, mobile, and device ad campaigns, including ad trafficking and testing, and providing campaign reports and analysis to support the Campaign Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traffic, test, and maintain online, consumer device, and mobile advertising campaigns
• Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting.
• Create reports to monitor campaign delivery and communicate relevant metrics to Campaign Management.
• Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems..
• Ensure campaigns deliver on pace and in full.
• Work collaboratively with Campaign Managers to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance.

Client Technical Analyst
A Client Technical Analyst is responsible for providing service and delivery of our core Experian Marketing Services (EMS) Targeting business solutions to our online and direct marketing Clients, by working directly with Clients,Experian Sales staff and other supporting business units to ensure Client understanding and adoption of EMS Targeting solutions.
As a Client Technical Analyst, you will help to plan, design and implement targeted technical solutions, as well as provide excellent customer service to onboard and retain our customers. This position requires someone who has the confidence to develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technical customers. The person must be able to understand customer requirements, industry trends and EMS Targeting solutions to combine and translate that information into successful results for EMS Targeting clients.
This position operates in a team-oriented environment. The person must build and maintain strong and effective working relationships internally across groups involved in delivering solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with Sales and our Clients to provide Experian Targeting data driven solutions to our digital and direct marketing Clients. This includes building moderate to complex code design, providing consultative services, documentation or research needed to provide successful business solutions.
Serve as a bridge between Client and internal resources for job execution, management and reporting;
working across groups to ensure seamless execution.
Interpretation of Client instructions, logic and code set-up. Monitoring job flows, communication of status and job progress. After hour support, as needed.
Utilization of proprietary technical languages, as well as standard industry languages.
Performance of quality assurance functions for delivery of accurate and timely results.
Skills and Qualifications:
A qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
This position will work under the guidance of the Manager and/or Team Lead with the capability to progress
to more complex solutions and less supervision.
Programming or relational database skills preferred
SAS; basic syntax and ability to interpret and troubleshoot
UNIX; basic syntax for commands needed to execute predefined scripts.
Knowledge and exposure to ArcGIS would be considered a plus.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ongoing desire to stay current with the latest developments in digital and direct marketing markets.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with various groups both internally and externally.

CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Client Services Specialist is to consult and collaborate with Experian
Sales and services teams, as well as, external clients to provide information and insight regarding
Experian Targeting products and services. This is a post‐sale support function.
The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for responding to informational inquires in a timely
manner and provides technical support to internal and external users of our fulfillment tools. In
addition, this position responds to general knowledge inquires and researches detailed user problems.
This position is production based and therefore, each interaction is a different challenge or solution.
Essential Job Functions
Rapid pace interactions with Sales and clients assisting with a wide variety of product and
system questions, identification of problem areas and ability to resolve issues quickly.
Provide user training sessions on Experian based tools
Provide customer service to external & internal clients directly and by phone
Collaborate with team members and Product Marketing to delivery high value products and
services
