The ITS Security Special Interest Group (SIG) will outline the latest security initiatives, April 14 at 1:00 p.m. in the Nebraska Union. The Security SIG is for individuals interested in discussing issues and projects with UNL’s Information Security team.  The meetings are designed help keep UNL departments aware of security issues being addressed through technology, best practices, and education. The topics are technical in nature, but the meeting is open to all faculty and staff.

This month’s meeting will cover:
• Enterprise DUO (2 Factor) Rollout status
• Federation – Single Sign-on presentation
• Securing Remote Access status
• End of Life notices:  Windows server 2003; Mac 10.7 (and less); Java 7; SSL v3
• Benefits of using Log Aggregation presentation
• Q & A
