The next Agronomy and Horticulture seminar is Nov. 20

Rafael Bley Cottica, graduate research assistant in the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and Katherine Frels, assistant professor in the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will present “Experiential Plant Breeding Training in the UNL Barley Program," on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 11 a.m. CST in Keim Hall 150 or streamed live via Zoom at https://go.unl.edu/seminars.

In this presentation, Bley Cottica and Frels will share how Nebraska's barley program trains graduate students to become breeders and lead breeding programs of their own upon graduation.
