
Register now for IMPACT 2026 conference
You’re invited to participate in Agronomy and Horticulture IMPACT 2026 – Innovation and Partnerships for the Future, to be held March 3–4 at Nebraska Innovation Campus, hosted by the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture.
This department-wide showcase and strategy conference will highlight the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture’s collective achievements in teaching, research and extension while fostering collaboration across disciplines and with industry, agencies, commodity boards and community stakeholders.
The conference will:
- Demonstrate the public value of our work for agriculture, the environment, and society;
- Showcase innovative and emerging programs aligned with Nebraska’s needs;
- Strengthen connections and partnerships across disciplines and sectors; and
- Engage students and early-career professionals to highlight their role in advancing innovation.
Graduate and undergraduate students, interns, and Research, Extension, and Teaching Groups are encouraged to present posters showcasing their innovative research, outreach and teaching activities.

A bonus to our conference this year is the opportunity for faculty, staff, students and/or stakeholders to attend the Water and Integrated Cropping Systems (WISCS) Conference, the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources’ Heuermann Lecture, and IMPACT Conference Kickoff Mixer, all on March 3, followed by the IMPACT 2026 Conference March 4. IANR will provide more information on these events at a later date
