Sign-ups for the 2025-2026 NWEA/NSAWWA Mentor Program are now open! The mentor program connects UNO/UNL civil & environmental engineering students with professionals in the water industry. The program is designed to support students in their academic career, provide insights into career paths in the industry, and provide personal & professional development opportunities. Mentors and mentees will meet 4 times throughout the academic year. Mentor/mentee pairings will be made based on shared interests and professional goals, and depends on availability of interested students/mentors. We are seeking interested professionals from a variety of backgrounds: utilities, regulatory agencies, academia, consulting firms, equipment reps, and more!
