Campus parking rules change for Husker home football games. Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, no vehicles are allowed in designated campus parking lots and garages. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules can be ticketed and towed.
Students living on-campus with resident parking permits must park in their assigned surface lot or garage on home football days.
Students living on-campus with perimeter permits can park in the perimeter lot at 1601 Court Street.
Students living off-campus with campus parking permits cannot park in regularly assigned parking areas, including surface lots and garages, on home football days.
Students with commuter permits may park in these alternate campus areas on game days:
• Surface lots at 16th and X Streets (near the Boathouse), 1700 Y Street and 1100 North 17th Street.
• Perimeter lot at 15th and Court Streets.
• Devaney Sports Center lots.
Plan to arrive at least two hours before kickoff because spaces fill quickly.
If students plan to host guests for the weekend, contact Parking and Transit Service in advance to identify parking options.
