Campus parking access expands after peak hours for permit holders.
All lots and garages on the UNL campus require a valid permit at all times unless parking in metered areas and time-controlled zones; however, during late day and evening hours, permit holders may park in additional campus areas.

EXTENDED PARKING OPTION FOR TRAVEL
If university work requires travel out of town for an extended period and you want to leave your car parked on city campus, you must request authorization from Parking and Transit Services before you leave.
To submit a request before your trip, send an email to unlpts@unl.edu
• Provide your vehicle description, including license plate and campus parking permit number.
• Indicate the area where you would like to leave your vehicle.
• Provide date of departure and date of return.
• Provide emergency contact name and phone number. This contact should have access to your keys in case the vehicle needs to be moved.
