The University of Nebraska Homecoming Celebration on Friday, September 30 will bring guests to campus for a variety of events. These events will affect parking and access in the Memorial Mall area.
Parking
As shown in the accompanying map, the area for the rides on Memorial Mall will be blocked off Thursday and Friday. The area in front of the Coliseum on Memorial Loop will only be closed on Friday.
F3/D1 permit holders will be allowed to park in 14th/Avery Garage above 1st floor on Thursday and Friday.
Street Closing
Between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Friday. September 30:
There will be no access in and out of the Memorial Mall area. Vine Street will close between 14th and 16th Streets for the parade. If you are an F3/D1 permit holder, we encourage you to exit the lot prior to 4:30 p.m. or park in the 14th and Avery garage above Level 1 to ensure access to your vehicle.
