New annual campus parking permits take effect July 1. If you have not already purchased yours, order online today.

A parking permit is required for any vehicle parked in designated areas of the Lincoln campus.

With the License Plate Recognition parking permit system, the vehicle license serves as the permit information. Faculty and staff can register their vehicles and buy the permit online.

To use the online purchase process, select the area and type of permit you want, choose payment option, and provide vehicle information.

• Verify and update vehicle and license information in the purchase process. Accurate license information serves as your actual parking permit.

A hang tag accompanies each garage parking permit. Garage permit hang tags contain RFID which uses radio frequency signals to operate gate readers. Each tag is valid only in the assigned garage.
The hang tag will be mailed to the address provided during purchase. With postal processing and delivery times, if you will need to use it during the first week of July, come to the Parking and Transit Services office and purchase in person.
