The University of Nebraska Homecoming Celebration on Friday, October 27, will bring guests to campus for a variety of events. These events will impact parking and access in the Memorial Mall area.
Parking
As shown in the accompanying map, the area for the rides on Memorial Mall will be blocked off Thursday and Friday. The area in front of the Coliseum on Memorial Loop will also be closed on Thursday and Friday.
F3/D1 permit holders can park in 14th and Avery Garage above Level One on Friday.
Street Closing
Between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 27:
• There will be no access in and out of the Memorial Mall area.
• Vine Street will close between 14th and 16th Streets for the parade.
• If you are an F3/D1 permit holder, exit the lot prior to 4:30 p.m. or park in the 14th and Avery Garage above Level One to ensure access to your vehicle.
