Provide direct, accurate phone access

Verify the phone contact number in your Parking and Transit Services account provides a direct connection to you.

For example, if your vehicle is parked inappropriately, you may receive a call from Parking and Transit Services with the opportunity to move the vehicle before it is towed. A cell phone number provides direct access for you to act. A voice mail on your campus office phone does not.

To update the phone number, make necessary changes in your Firefly account.
