It is time to preorder your student parking permit for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Order early for your choice of parking area options. Nine-month student permits take effect August 18.
A parking permit is required for any vehicle parked in designated areas of the Lincoln campus.
To be included in the License Plate Recognition parking permit system, students must register their vehicles online and pay designated permit fees. The vehicle is then eligible to park in assigned campus areas.
Nine-month student parking permits take effect August 18. Annual parking permits are no longer available.
Permits for students living in 50/50 housing take effect August 1. These 50/50 permits are available only as annual permits.
Parking permits for students who live on campus coordinate with housing choices.
• Residents who live in a City Campus residence hall, fraternity or sorority must select the appropriate R01, R02, 14R, 17R, 18R or 19R permit. Residents of City Campus fraternity or sorority housing must verify housing status BEFORE purchasing a parking permit by calling Parking and Transit Services at 402-472-1800.
• East Campus residents must select E permits.
• Commuters who live off-campus and do not require overnight parking can select Area C, D01, D02, D03, 14C, 17C, 19C or SGC permits.
