Permit Event Sticker verifies student parking permit for campus events

With the campus License Plate Recognition System, your vehicle license plate serves as your parking permit identification.

A Permit Event Sticker verifies the purchase of a campus parking permit and must be displayed on the vehicle parked on campus during major campus events, including home football games and high school championships. The Permit Event Stickers are available for permit holders at no additional cost.

A Resident Student who purchases a campus parking permit will automatically receive a Permit Event Sticker. It will be mailed to your campus address.
• As a campus resident, you may only park in your assigned lot on home football days.
• Display the sticker on the inside of the front vehicle window, lower driver’s side.
• Failure to display this Event Sticker can result in denied access to your parking area.

Most Commuter Student parking permit holders will not automatically receive a sticker to display in the vehicle.
• To request a Permit Event Sticker, use your official UNL email account. Send the request and include your NU Identification number to Parking and Transit Services at unlpts@unl.edu
