Permit Event Sticker verifies parking permit for campus events

With the campus License Plate Recognition System, your vehicle license plate serves as your parking permit identification.

A Permit Event Sticker verifies the purchase of a campus parking permit and must be displayed on the vehicle parked on campus during major campus events, including home football games and high school championships. The Permit Event Stickers are available for permit holders at no additional cost.

Most permit holders do not automatically receive a sticker to display in the vehicle.
Because of their campus location near Memorial Stadium, these permit holders will automatically receive Event Stickers:
• 14th and Avery Parking Garage
• Stadium Drive Parking Garage
• Reserved surface lots F03, F04, F09 and F10.
The Event Sticker will be mailed to your campus address.

All other permit holders must request a Permit Event Sticker.
• To request the Permit Event Sticker, use your official UNL email account. Send the request and include your NU Identification number to Parking and Transit Services at unlpts@unl.edu
It will be mailed to your campus address at no additional cost.
• Permit holders also may go to the Parking and Transit Services office, located at 625 Stadium Drive, Suite A to request and receive the sticker.
• Display sticker on the inside of the front vehicle window, lower driver’s side.
• Failure to display the Event Sticker can result in denying access to your parking facility.
