Parking and Transit Services is now offering a new campus parking permit: Virtual Flex Pack. This new permit provides access to ten single Area A parking days on campus through an online purchase and permit designation process.
Permit holders buy this permit online, provide vehicle and license information and the permit operates as part of the License Plate Recognition program. No paper permit is used.
The cost for ten permit days is $40.
The permit allows users to purchase ten single day uses, each activated as the permit holder needs. The online permit program tracks days-used and days-remaining.
The Virtual Flex Pack replaces the Occasional Parking Permit, the hang tag with scratch-off dates. These hang tag permits are still good to use on campus and will remain accepted until the packet expiration date. If you currently have an Occasional packet/permits, use until they are all gone. No refunds are available for unused permits.

To avoid tickets, the permit holder must claim the permit through the online system either before parking on campus or at the time of parking, consistent with metered parking practices.
