Student parking permits for the 2026-2027 academic year are now available for preorder. There is no increase in cost.
Nine-month permits are available now and effective beginning August 17.
A parking permit is required for any vehicle parked in designated areas of the Lincoln campus. Parking permit areas on campus are limited. For best selection, order your permit now.
Permits are part of the License Plate Recognition system, and vehicle license plates serve as permit identification.
Parking permits for students who live on campus coordinate with housing choices.
• Residents who live in a City Campus residence hall, fraternity or sorority must select the appropriate R01, R02, 14R, 17R, 18R, 19R or P permit.
• East Campus residents must select E permits.
• Commuters who live off-campus and do not require overnight parking can select Area C, P, D01, D02, D03, 14C, 17C, 19C or SGC permits.
• Students living in fraternity or sorority housing and Commuters requiring overnight campus parking must call Parking and Transit Services at 402-472-1800 in advance of online permit purchase. Students must request individual status adjustment for these permit options.
