It’s November in Nebraska and we know the future forecast: snow and winter storms.
Specific parking rules take effect for City of Lincoln streets on City Campus during winter weather conditions. These rules apply to streets maintained by the city and violators can receive tickets or their vehicles can be towed.
• Based on conditions, the city can declare a snow emergency and ban parking on emergency snow routes, arterial streets and city bus routes.
• Parking restrictions can take effect for streets in snow removal districts.
• Additional rules apply to residential streets.
